David B. Dorwart has been a significant driver of advocacy for the Lifeline Program since he was elected Chairman of the National Lifeline Association in 2015. His passion for growing the best advocate organization has defined the “who’s who” in Lifeline, bringing together a united group of members who share the organization’s vision, “In America, every person has the right to essential communication services”. David established the NaLA Annual Conference to create a collaborative space where the mission of the organization is exemplified, supporting the Lifeline providers, distributors, participants and supporters through education, cooperation, and advocacy.
