Presentation Description:

This NaLA Talk discussed the National Verifier, which was originally introduced in the 2012 Lifeline Reform Order and furthered by the 2016 Lifeline Modernization Order. Both orders directed the development of a national database to verify Lifeline eligibility. Included in this talk were goals and functions of the National Verifier database, such as strengthened program integrity, as well as reduced complexity and cost.
