This NaLA Talk identified best practices for ETCs, discussed applicable privacy laws, and included a look ahead at federal communications privacy enforcement. Additionally, Heitmann discussed the Privacy CRA Resolution, with specific focus on how it opens up opportunity for ETCs and what precursory knowledge will be useful to assure mobile marketing compliance and privacy and data security.
